I bought a new 2002 Santa Fe four-banger and have passed it around thru the family. Now it's mine again and I love it, but it needs TLC to bring back all its finesse; for example, the exhaust manifold is cracked a bunch. Should I have it welded? I'm not having much luck finding a replacement. One is available through a junkyard, but that's not particularly appealing. Some are available with attached catalytic converter, but I'd already acquired a new converter when a shop told me my converter was split (and it is). Any ideas?
