I also have a 99 elantra. my tibby is 2.0l auto
current mods include, CAI w/ K&N filter.
I have a pis poor budget and i love to DYS.

even on a tight budget, you can do a TON of things for very cheap.
i don't own a tib any more as you can see in my sig, but i did have one with a TON of mods done to it, so feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
