I have the ARK shifter for my car and like it alot. I do not have experience with the GK one, but being a 4 cyl 5 speed I am sure it will be close to the same.

its actually MUCH different, since the style is so different. but the quality is probably the same, and the GK/XD shifter design is much better anyway.
