Greetings all,

I been hanging around this board ever since I got my tiburon in October 2007.
It's a 1999 automatic 02.gif since it's a daily driver.
I havn't gotten around to getting much done on it yet, it's been a harsh winter here in Montreal Canada.

Here is a picture of it when i bought it.

I had a small accident this winter and the rear bumber is damaged, still trying to get my insurance to cover the expanse of getting it fixed.

as for mods here is what i had done:

remove resonator.(done the 2nd week i had the car)
and 2 days ago i put on my new summer rims and tires just to get hit with snow the following day.
next week i'm installing Eibach's pro system sprigs, shocks and anti-sway bars.
car with new wheels:

the body work to freshen up the paint and get rid of the rust is also schedualed for this month.

as for ice:
Via EPIA EN15000 fanless.
80gb 2.5" hdd
Slot Loading USB DVD ROM/CD RW Drive
Lilliput 7"
Creative USB Sound Blaster Live (24-bit External) Sound Card
small form 2 channel 300w amp connected to OEM speakers.
4 port usb hub
GPS
running roadrunner.
everything feets nicely inside the dashboard.
the fabrication is not fully completed so it looks a bit ugly, waiting for warmer weather.

schedualed jobs.

rustproofing, shocks springs replacment, engine bay cleanup, fresh paint.

Now that i created an account i will be hanging around here more, and buging you all you experts with stupid none stop questions, so please go easy on me wink1.gif

Hi javageek,

as per your request here is a picture of my current carpc set up.

just a warning, it's still not finished yet. I am still in the fabrication process, but all thats left is to make it look good and a get an adpoter to the car for diagnostics.

the reason for the kill switch is simple, the pc is fanless and i didn't know how it would perferm being so close to the heater.
the pc is right behind the lcd.

will take some pictures of whats going on inside when i take it apart next time.
