Welcome. For the valve cover try EBay, that might be your best bet.

Yup, watch ebay for a while. I've been looking every now and then for a valve cover, and recently I found a Beta 2 (newer) cover that was in great condition for only $40 shipped! And now it looks like this hehe

That actually looks pretty damned good. Wanna see it installed. Post up a thread about it so questions can get asked.

As for getting a new valvecover my man, Ebay is a good bet, but I can regularly get a good one from the local junkyard for about $15 for both pieces. You may have to look a bit to find one in good shape though, and you'll want to clean the crap out of it before using it.

Thanks for all the help guys much appreciated. Yeah I have been watching ebay for a couple days but so far nothing. Hopefully I can get one from the salvage yard. Thanks again for all the help. Oh and if you want to sell that beta 2 cover let me know lol.

Put a "WTB" thread up in our classifieds/wanted section my man.

This one is a stock Beta 1 valve cover. I'd suggest upgrading to the Beta 2 VC while you are at it.

Just make sure you get one from a NON CVVT engine, or it won't fit right.
