Haha true... I heard San Fran (aside from the hills-- my tibby is a manual! Haha) is the epidome of perfect weather. I've also heard nice things about North Carolina- that's where everyone from Long Island (practically everyone) is moving.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Stony Brook area are you from LI?</div>
I'm from Bayport. Not many people from LI on here, maybe 3 or four others but most have sold or are selling their tibs.
Are you planning on modding the car at all?
kinda on topic, San Fransisco looks like a beautiful place. However, like LI, it is far too expensive and way overpriced. And, I may be the only LIer that is moving further north. But I am happy with it.

pics look good. How many miles does it have on it? Mind telling us how much you paid for it?
Are you planning on doing the installation yourself? Do you have experience with cars already? What are your future plans for it?

Hahaha AH!! laugh.gif Tibbychick- I'm definitely going to mod the car- just got it a few weeks ago- right now it's in the shop because the man who sold it to me had just had the clutch replaced- but the moron jerks at the shot that replaced the clutch noticed that the slave cylinder (?) was broken when they replaced the clutch, decided not to say anything, and it broke on me. mad.gif I was so angry. I definitely want to put koni shocks and dunlop tires, cold air intake, eventually a supercharger, short-throw shifter I've heard Ark is the best? I'm putting a keypad ignition cutoff in my ashtray... I was going to get euro tail lights but now Foxxy Tibby pointed out altezzas, they look awesome!
My boyfriend does a ton of mods on his Jeep... I'm hoping that between that and his constantly watching SPEED channel he'll be able to help me at least make decisions of what to do to my car.
OH, and my best friend Rosie goes to Fredonia State University (as I mentioned).. she'll be moving up there upon graduation 02.gif makes me sad because I am totally not following her, but she loves it up there.
MajikTib, thanks! laugh.gif I bought it with 91k miles on it... I paid $4300 for it. The guy that was selling it was the original owner, great guy, he absolutely loved the car. I have a feeling his new fiance' told him to sell the toy and made him switch to the C-RV he had, because he did not seem happy about selling it.
(I also wanna get a paint job for it, still Jet Black but it seems like people don't mind opening their doors into it really hard... jerks)
I probably won't do many of the installations myself, although I hope to learn a lot more about cars and hopefully as time goes on, do more and more on it by myself. I wish I could do everything, but I've only ever owned a Mercury Sable Station Wagon (1988), and a '98 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, and I didn't do any work on either of them, I loved the cars but never like this one laugh.gif

What wiring diagram do you need for the dash? Not much is there really, radio and HVAC. Post a pic of your keypad ignition there has been some talk about those in the past. PM me if you have a specific diagram you need with your e-mail and ill look it up on Mitchel On Demand 5.
