how do you keep the gauge faces from moving since their only overlayes.

Double side tape will work

Or if you really dont give a $hit about your stock gauges,... you could also tack them with a slight amount of hot glue, super glue or something of that sort.

I like using hot glue gun.. its clean and it really doesnt damage the gauge.
