Both of my steering wheels vibrate at idle on my 2000 Tiburons. If it feels kind of excessive it is more than likely nothing that couldn't be cured with a ful tune-up (spark plugs, ignition wires, PCV, fuel filter, oil change, coolant flush/change, transmission flush/change, and belts). In my opinion these items should always be changed when you buy a used car as you do not know has long it has been since the previous owner has changed them (if ever) even if they say they just did it.
