So I was bored today and thought I'd see what the Tiburon community was up to since I left....my departure not being an altogether amiable one. I wondered if there was anyone left from back in 2000? I did a search and found a posted pic of me and the now-totaled car, so there must be someone lurking around...

I remember going on FXtreme looking through the gallery but I only remember Randomshark being on the forums. He knew everything about the our engines.

Glad to see a member from back then still check in and see what's happening. Although we might not have the layout they did or the many technical members, we're definitely bigger and badder than ever before and the turbo members who still help keep us alive.

Yep, Random was very knowledgeable and always willing to help. He came out to Phoenix some years back and we drove down to Tuscon to meet up w/ some other guys, including a turbo'd elantra. I believe I saw a post somewhere from Ammoman, another great guy from back in the day.

 

I was at Random's House warming party a few months ago. He had bought a new house in San Pedro with his wifey. hehe. That girl has totally changed him. He's completely cleaned up, clean shaven --- not looking like the garage hippie he used to be. haha.

Of course, he's a total Subaru man now. tongue.gif

 

LoL, is he really? Wonder what he did w/ the white tibby? After wrecking my car (real brainiac move), I became a BMW man. Funny though, I still like the interior of the hyundai though.
