Due to time/money constraints i need to install my woofers and amp before i replace the stock cd player in my 2001 tibl. My question is that does the stock cd player have what is required to hook up an amp and woofers.

I am truly sorry for this question.

not unless you have an amp that has inputs for speaker wire instead of RCA inputs. Those aren't near as good IMO. Just out of curiosity why are you in such a hurry to install stuff before you have everything?

Default WTB: Door buttons

I kinda live in the country and i was going to make a trip into the city this weekend. And since i was going to be there i was going to go to best buy and have them install a woofer kit.

I do plan on getting a new head unit, its from crutchfield though, and I won't get that for at least a week.

Got another question for you:
What are the sizes of the stock front and rear speakers in a 2001?

Front/rear are over sized 6.5", aka, 6.75".

You are better off waiting till you get a head unit, then do it all.Other wise you have to make provisions for signal transfer from the stock hu to the aftermarket amp. Then after going thru that and you get an aftermarket hu,you'll have to un-do and re-do.

Paitence is a vertue my child.

In my 2001 its 5 1/4 inch in front and 6x9 in the back I believe. I'm sure about the rear speakers and pretty sure about the front.

Well according to crutchfield the front speakers are 6-3/4", and the rear either fit 6"x9" or 6-1/2".
