I just got a 2001 Tib, and I love it so far.. looks great and has been running fabulously. I have though been having some issues seeing at night.. I just upgraded my bulbs to the Sylvania Silverstar Bulbs. I am still having very difficulty seeing at night though with the low beams.. anything I can do to make it crazy bright?

just put HID's on , and your issue is done.

i noticed a BIG difference when i did put HID's on

welcome to the site mang..

you should try to look at getting some HIDs, adjusting the focus angle, and polishing the front of the lenses. I've never had a problem with my lights being dim.

i installed HID's in my tib about a year ago. and i have always had a problem seeing with them. I have seen the HID on other cars and they are so bright they practically blind the person in front of you. Mine look bright from the outside but when driving it doesnt light up the road that great. Sometimes I even have to put my fog lights on just to see better. I had them professionally installed and I just had them readjusted and still problems. I have no idea what it could be. Someone mentioned that it could be since the tib has projector lenses. If you guys have any insight could u let me know

Your headlights probably aren't aimed properly. If it's ever been in an accident, they most likely didn't aim them... they didn't to mine, so HID's wouldn't help much.

I think the procedures are in the manual... something similar to pulling up to a wall, 10ft. between wall and vehicle, then adjusting so the line is 3 feet or something from the ground. Find the specs in the manual and make sure they're aimed properly. Really easy to adjust aiming, just use a screwdriver to turn the screw that lowers/raises them.
