Not sure for the Elantra but they are way expensive for the Accent $1000+. As far as the install go's it should be easy. 3 nuts at the top of the strut tower, unatatch the brake line from strut and 2 bolts at the bottom to get the old one out, reintall in the revers order. Your camber will be off, may need an alignment depending on how much drop you you do.
