Hello,
I am a proud owner of my first Tiburon SE 2006. I have wanted one since the first time they came out, but didn't get one till now and I must say that I am super happy to have one finally. I think I may start to become obsessed with it, lol!
I live in El Paso, Texas and I dont really like it here much, but I have things to do here that make it bearable. I am originally from Tucson, AZ.
I don't really know ANYTHING about Tibs except their body styles, but can't wait to start picking peoples brains about them. From what I have been reading you all seem like really great folks and I look forward to chit chatting and sharing on these forums. Thanks for the opportunity!

Now that is a very nice intro! lol welcome and i hope you enjoy your stay! i LOVE the gk body, but power wise..meh. Post pics if you get a chance either in this thread or start on in the "general showroom"

When you say "GK" -- thats in refference to the '06 body style?
As for power---seems nice so far hehe! The ABS brakes all the way around don't seem to be so great so far though, I will admit.

Ive got an RD1 (thats from 1996-1999 if im not mistaking lol)..but im jelous cos i want that GK!!! Ill steal it from u.. joke.gif i live in Australia anyway... wink1.gif good luck with the car and ofc welcome to the site! Enjoy! Post up some pics.. wink1.gif

RD stands for Rider's Delight. RD1 is prehistoric (2000) tongue.gif, RD2 is the 2000-2001, and GK is '03 and up.

Thank you. Now I feel even more like noob. I own a GK '06 and I joined and RD Forum---is that ok? I am assuming it is or someone would have mentioned it since the beginning of this thread, but just checking. lmao.gif
