I purchased my Tib in August 2004. It is mine and my Fiance's and she wouldn't go for the manual tranny, kinda disappointed about that but what the hey. I loved the look of the 2nd gen and couldn't resist so I purchased a 2001 Black Tib. I currently haven't done anything to the vehicle as I still have 3 1/2 years left on my extended warranty. I am starting the visual mods this summer. I have purchased a set of chrome Euro Tails, Clear Corners, Blue Angel Eyes as well as chrome door handle overlays. I have been browsing this site for a few months but never really posted. I was looking at the DIY forum and found some great mods in there that I'mma try in the warmer months. Got alot planned for what I want to do with this baby, just need money I guess.

there are several mods for our cars that aren't very expensive... but we don't have the cheapness that the Honda market has. We'll help you out with your tib. Chances are, if you've got a problem, most people here have had it already and know how to help.

Where are you from

Welcome to the site man, you'll find lots of useful info and people here.

Damn that sucks she wouldn't let you get the 5spd.
Oh well, it still looks nice right tongue.gif
I'd stay away from those door handle overlays, they're pretty cheaply made, and imo don't really look right..but to each his own

good luck

From Hamilton, Ontario (Canada). I tried my best to convice her to get the 5 speed but she didn't want to learn. I even told her she could learn on my old car that I was getting rid of and blow the thing to pieces if thats what it took but she wouldn't buy it. Still love the Tibby anyways. I was looking in the DIY section and seen some really interseting things I am gonna try out. I have a good knowledge of Auto and Electrical as I received 5 credits in each course throughout high school but if anything comes up I won't hesitate to ask. The weather cleared up nicely last night here so I got my clear corners installed. Love the look, thankls to the DIY post on how to properly remove them it went with an ease.
