Stick with the Tib. Afterall the Probe is a Ford and in my personal experience...Fords break often. I have had aweful luck with Fords.

Sorry guys. I am well aware it's built on Mazda platform. Brain freeze. I guess my hate for Ford clouds my head. I still cant get past the blue oval and the overall appearance of the car. Nothing personal.

little more then a mazda platform, even built at a mazda plant, 5 of the 7 major designers of the probe were mazda employee's. 4 of which were designers involved with the FC rx7.

if you open the door on the driver's side, it says right on a plate 'manufactured by mazda for ford motor co.'

When I say "Mazda platform" that means it's a Mazda. Not sure where the confusion is on your end. I can admit to a mistake.
