Hey guys, my name is Mike,
I own a 2000 Hyundai Accident and I love that little thing.
I live in Las Vegas, I'm in the SinCitySaints car club.

My daily driver you can find pics and mods in the garage.

I'm in the middle of my project car, 95 Hyundai Accent, dropping a 2.0L Beta I motor and boosting it with a Garrett Super 60.
Here are some pics of the progress:

Here is the donor tib where i'm getting all the sensors tranny and wiring harness from:

Here are pics on my project car, starting the gutting:

Nice! That thing will be crazy fast when you're done. Are you building the Beta for boost or are you going to keep the boost level low enough to work on stock internals?

Accident. Lol!

Nice!

I'm thinking about doing basically the same thing to my LC2. Hopefully you'll keep us updated on the progress. I'll be following it attentively I know!

What pistons are you running? What C/R? What EMS?

EMS = Engine Management System

So that would be your Megasquirt.

What compression does running the 1.8l pistons put you at?

What about using a head spacer vs. 1.8 pistons?

isn't the decompression plate not the "right" way to do it? and changing pistons and rods is the correct way to do it?

and i think the 1.8 pistons and rod put it to 7.8:1
