Heh, I just got back home and I read all the posts you guys made about me on my previous topic.

First off, I just want to say that if i offended anybody, i apologize. Offending anyone was not my intent, and I was just trying to say my opinion.

2nd, If you guys care about my age, yes I am young, im 17. my tiburon is my first car, and I was very happy and excited when I drove it home from the dealership, one because I already thought the car looked nice in the past, and 2, i was expecting to get another piece of crap used car. So I now had a car that I was proud to show to my racing enthusiast friends.

No, I do not have very much experience/knowledge about power gaining parts. However, I am fascinated by the ideas and so, I ask questions. No, I do not know how to install a turbo kit into my car, but that doesnt mean I cant say what i think LOOKS nice or doesnt.

My opinion may have been a harsh and negative one, I admit...the reason behind this hopefully wont sound like an excuse, but...my style of fixing the exterior looks (which is what my previous topic was based on), is obviously different than some of you. Who knows, maybe its a different generation of taste?, maybe its where I live? who knows.....to get to my point, this is the only populated and practically active community on tiburons that I could find, for me...this site is the only place where I can interact with people who like the car that I have, because they (you guys) have it too. People bag on me all the time about me driving a hyundai. I dont listen to them because I know that one day ima show them how badass looking and fast my car will be. I want peoples opinions to change about hyundai's, especially the RD2. and i think a lot of you share that common goal with me.

but then, when I checked out the showroom, and peoples sigs of their cars....I pretty much got turned off by the style of most of the people's taste in fixing up the car. I want the tiburons to shine and put a twinkle in my eye, haha, but after seeing the showroom, I got a little dissapointed. I guess it was stupid because I only got dissapointed based upon my own opinion on something....but still, it took away that little spark that I had in my heart for my car. In turn, I bashed on the forum...of how much I hated the looks of peoples rides.


One last note, when I said JDM, i meant the Japanese style of fixing up a car's looks. Yes i said I hate hondas, and when I said that i meant i hate all the honda's that these kids have these days that fix them up all ricey. I admit, a honda (such as the EK9 perhaps) that is fully J-Spec and fixed up JDM style looks pretty sweet.

Again, im sorry if I offended anyone, and hopefully this will pass the moderation.

i dont think you should have painted ur stockis black...but hey to each his own..but at least u gave an apology...keep working hard on ur car..and just remember..u can walk civics all day long in a RD2

The paint is actually a blue/green kameleon paint (but not the kind that will go from brown to pink to yellow to purple to red, hopefully wink1.gif Only blue and green.)

haha, that's pretty nice man, no BS. I just painted my rims untill I get new ones.

The only thing i'd change is the tint, I think if it was a black tint it would look really hard. But still, everything else is pretty sweet.

I dunno man, you don't have any mods done to your car so I really think that rambling on and going off on the cars on this site was way out of the question.

But, at least you came back and apologized, you made some pretty serious accusations man, that still doesn't sit well with me.

Nor me or most others here. Style is an opinion and while every one is intitled to have thier OWN (opinions, sense of style, etc.) doesnt mean that you are right or wrong or that we are right or wrong a=in the way we work things with our cars. There are many diff ppl here that like different things and while some polietly voice thier opinion you did not. Very rude and so not called for. But at least ur trying to apologize. Just remeber it in the future!

Are you being serious? If you get turned off of your own car because of the way someone elses looks...you don't deserve a car...that may be the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my life. If you don't like something someone else does or has...don't do it or buy it...and more importantly, grow up and learn to communicate with people like an adult. There's plenty of people that dislike and like each others cars and different ideas, but you know what? They've all been mature enough to voice their opinion as an opinion, because that's all it is. If you have this superior idea of what our cars are SUPPOSED to look like...why is it that you're alone in your argument...feel fortunate that you haven't been banned yet, because you can't imagine how much you really learn and get to utilize by being a member here...feel free to leave....
