Hi, I'm a newb! My name is Casey and I'm 19. I bought an 01 Tib now with 40k mi. on March 31 of this year.
Its been fun drivin it around but I'm used to a little more power. This is my first 4 cyl car. I'm thinking I should turbo the tib. Anyway, I hope you all help me with my questions. I haven't really had time to explore the engine in its entirety to figure out some ways to turbo it. I have a question about the tranny. How much HP can it support? I just fixed the clutch. The slave cylinder was leaking. Common problem? Im also going to remove the resonator and then im going to do the coolant bypass on the TB for a start. I'll be frequenting these boards in an attempt to learn a lot about this car. The car is completely stock except for a keypad starter kill.

Hey thanks. Im just glad I finally found a few Tib forums with some traffic. I definitely need a turbo. I'm used to more power than this. I've never driven a FWD 4 cyl until now. This is my 3rd car. My first was an 1989 GMC Jimmy, then a 1987 Toyota Supra (still have and am restoring it) and now this. I must admit its a fun little car.
