Hi!

I'm 26 years old and i'm from Austria (Europe). I've been reading this board since 2 years.

I have a 2nd Gen 2.0 Tib in "Pastel Yellow" with some nice mods and i'm currently at improving my nitrous setup.

I have already a NX Mainline kit and a GenX-2 kit installed and i'm running it @ 50-Shot.

Now i would like to advance to 75-Shot and possibly to 100-Shot. For this reason im looking for a GST/GSX fuel pump and some other little goodies... smile.gif

I'm running the 50-shot on a bone-stock beta engine with NGK bkr7es-11 so i should be fine. cool.gif

Here are some pictures of my install:

http://www.hyundaiforum.de/index.php?showtopic=17854

- I mounted the solenoids and the nozzle on the intake hose.
- The switches and the A/F-gauge were placed in the ash-tray
- The bottle and heater was placed in where usually the spare-tire should be.

I did the install all by myself. What do you think about it? The only problem was that no one over here has knowledge 'bout nitrous and so i got all infos over the net. So I still hope i will not hurt the engine. tongue.gif

well technically you can run a 100 shot on those plugs

as its 2 steps colder than stock

mang if your gonna do anythin more than a 80 shot buy a direct port setup...

also

i hope you upgraded the clutch if not your 50shot is probably killin it

Have you done anything with your exhaust sytem yet? That and a CAI will definitely compliment your setup

The only thing i've done to the exhaust system is a Laser cat back. No CAI, only K&N-drop-in-filter. (Law is very rigid over here.)

I will uprate the clutch when it slips. At the moment its fine (Only 50000km on the car).

I would like to go 100-shot with single nozzle.
The only problem with that seems to be the risk of a backfire, so i mounted the piranha-nozzle closely to the throttle body (about 4 inches before the TB pointing exactly through the center of the TB). Will that help me preventing backfire?

I won't go direct port b/c my current setup can be completly removed within 5 minutes if it comes to a technical review by the cops (Nitrous is not legal in my area).

@StrikeEagle: Pics are in the link above, man! smile.gif
