hey guys!

Well let me introduce myself, My name is Andrew, 18 y/o and ready to turbo my tibby! Dont take me as a noob just because i just join RD. I have been lurking around here just never posted. Im more active on nt.com. well enough about me, here is what i have planned for my baby. Im going to run about 18psi on her daily, kdmguy said that should get me around 300hp. (well see if he can really pull that off..)

To start she is a 2004 red I4 vvt tibby. Isn't she a beaut!?

Just for the record this will be my first turbo build ever, but it helps that my dad is a boat mechanic, and used to build cars and bikes when he was younger.

DEI CRY02 full system 10lb bottle (fuel rail intercooler and bulb)
3 pillar gauge pod with Autometers
Boost 20PSI
Air/fuel gauge
Nitrous gauge for cry02 system
Not on the pillar but installed under the radio
Volts gauge
Oil Pressure
Water Temp
65mm BBTB (system update)

Nice catch.

Actually, the 2003's were MAP. In 2004 they went to the Beta 2.5 (CVVT), and that went back to MAF.

The 2001 Through 2003 Elantra's are also MAP.

I think you need a bigger turbo for 300whp.

whoa that's probably the nicest new tiburon i've ever seen. excellent photos man you should submit them to magazines.

you're 18? damn i'm nowhere near a turbo and i just turned 22. congratulations, i think it's cool to have some assistance with an expert. i know you'll be able to get some serious boost out of that thing.

is that rally red color? i've been trying to steal that color. i was afraid of it turning orange under night light.

rims look like O.Z. Superturismo, i take it they're in the same style? looks hot. good luck.
