Default hey

Hey. I have my 1999 RD Tiburon. I wish I could post pics right now, but some should be up soon.
Well, I'm from the good ole state of SC and I have only had this car since july. I love it.

Current Mods:

Cat-Back Exhaust
Cold Air Intake

Soon, as in like next weekend, I should have this turbo kit installed. I will only be running
7 psi with no fuel management or lubrication. In about a month or two I will up the boost to
11/12 psi and get an AEM FIC, FPR and Walbro 190lph, plus tap the oil pan and put in oil lines.

Turbo:

Evolution 8 4g63 TD05HR-9.8T Turbo
T3/T4 Wastegate Actuator 7 psi
Evo 8 Twin Scroll OEM manifold(ported and bolt-matched)
Evo 8 O2 Housing
AMK Downpipe (weld-in bung)
Ebay SSQV Knockoff
Ebay Intercooler and Piping

lovely project!!! welcome to the forums. glad to see another first gen (technically the second gen counting scoupe) tiburon. i look at cars all the time new and old and no car has such a profound effect on me. these cars really have such a nostalgic identity inside and out. their design layout is superb and make for great project/race cars.

i'm surprised more people didn't turn these cars into the monsters they are capable of being.

Running without the turbo oiling hooked up sounds like a bad idea to me, but I'm no expert.
