hey everyone im new to the site and i just got my 2001 tib. i knew about this site a while ago because my friend has a tib and he was obbsessed with this website.. now i got my own tib... my turn to obbsess.

just a little info about me:

im 20 and i live near north seattle i work 10pm to 6am every weeknight and i LOVE driving fast on 405 at nightime.. someday i want to take my tib to california where the speed limit is pretty high.



heres the details (all i know) on my tib and a pic:

2001 automatic Black tib
custom intake
sway bar
custom exhaust
nice rims and new tires
angel eyes
under 60,000 miles
bucket seats and i think theres a custom backseat (not sure)
and decals that the former owner put on it

the former owner of my tib happens to be the owner of Tech Auto Sound so the speakers are really nice and the car is in awesome condition. im very pleased with only paying 7 grand for it


oh did i mention it has gullwing doors???

That is not a custom intake. It's a AEM. even says so ON the intake.

If you mean the bar going across the top of the engine, that's a Front Strut Bar, not a sway bar. With how stock that car is, I doubt you have sway bars, especially since you didn't LIST the front strut bar.

All Tiburons come with bucket seats. I don't think I've ever seen a BENCH seat in a coupe at all. LOL The backseat is stock.

He owns a auto sound place and didn't replace the shitty OEM stereo?

Yes, and you are wrong. Those are VERTICAL doors. Gullwing doors are those that swing OUT at the bottom and are held at the top, like the Delorean.
