Nice lookin tib man. Unlike most I like that kit but to many people have it.
I'm liking that black. I have to agree that chrome does not do the tibs any justice.

 

Does anyone know where some pics are of a black tib with rims other than the old member here with the black rims and the cf tails and cf splitters...I have seen his alot

dont you think black would look a little off since the car is more of a charcole in the sun.

 

Through whom did you purchase the C/F hood? Fitment looks decent on it, and my hood has chips on it anyway.

 

i had some 18" adrs a while ago and the color was hyper silver. those would look good i think

 

My bodyshop did have to work with the fitment (like any hood) but I got it from an ebay store that sells VIS hoods. The only thing they had to do is play with the fenders and hood mounts a little (tomuch space on one side and no space on the other side), but it only goes to the safety latch..hince the sparco hood pins, which I was told was a b**** and a half to put on.

I sell CF hoods for our cars from erebuni, I bought this hood before I started selling car part on ebay. Let me know if your intrested

I will have to take the tib to a wheel shop to try on some and see how they look on the car.

great lookin tib, i like the kit but like most said alot of people have it. go with the gold rims, on your black car that would be so sick. oh yea tint the windows and definatly get some ICE goin on

 

I was thinking gold as well, but dont really know what brand and style, I want something with style but keep the performance.

I have a little Ice, 7in in-dash tv, JVC Kamillion CD-player(dissapears into the dash), JL Audio 12 W7 and a JL audio 500-1 amp, PS2 Slim, CF pedals, momo shift knob and I have to get some kind of Short shifter, I sell alot of tvs and such on ebay I might just buy one for myself and put a 15 flip down in sometime in the near future.

But my header, downpipe, cat-back exhaust, KYB shocks, f/r/c strut bars, and Nology wires and plugs will go in the next day or two.

as far as the rims comment, if you get them painted good, and clearcoated itll last a LONGGGGGGG time... i have mine painted and theyve been painted for ~2yrs and no probs really cept when i got new tires for my stockers yest. and the guy but my 17s in my back seat, metal on metal.. and they rubbed, and bye bye paint... 02.gif

but ya gold rims would look pretty good on your car.. i would go with the charcoal color though with no chrome lip..
