hello everyone, my name is mike bishop. this is my first time posting so i decided to post in here. i drive a 99 tiburon. it is the 5 speed manual, i replaced the stock intake filter and box with a cone air filter and replaced the muffler with a 3A racing muffler. i have an audio sponser and a tire and rim sponser for my car. i am in northern indiana. i need to know where the ecm is located in my car because the quad resistors are bad, which caused my engine to only fire on three cylinders. i found a new ecm for it but have not bought it yet due to the fact that i dont know where the part is. if there is anyone from northern indiana on here let me know. thanks, mike b.

Welcome.

Your ECU is located on the left bottom side of where your pedals are. Just go down to the pedals and look left and up, you'll see it.

Welcome to the site!

Are you sure that ECU is faulty? Running on 3 cylinders also could be a result of bad spark plugs, plug wires, ignition coil or bad injector.
