An old Car pushed out to the middle of the pit, soon flames licking at its firewall and fuel lines as it carries its heroic cargo of pennies under the seat, a few old condom wrappers, fingernails and boogers wiped on the floormat during the setting sun...the body of a "F" or "G" sedan, surrounded by it firestarter having a few cold beers, brandishing weapons like an axe or potato gun or two, dignified in death even as the flames flit around the engine bay and the smoke obscures the car's outlines; Grand Am the once Beautiful, slain by stubbed toe and mischief, on this burning funeral car while the GM fans weep on the sidelines...
