it is IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to mess this up!!!!

there's one screw per corner lense, unscrew that (corner of engine bay). slide out lights, slide in new ones screw. 3 minutes.

I tried to slide mine out to just change the bulbs and they did not want to come out. I was about to take a hammer to the back of them so they would pop out but then decided it would be a good idea to have some clear corners to replace them with when I end up breaking them laugh.gif

I also tried to remove mine to get the front bumper off but they would not come out. I ended up taking the bumper off with the corners still in place.

The 1st and 2nd gen may be a little different.

Didnt have too, it just would have been easier than taking out the battery.

I was taking the front bumper off and trying to get the corners out first. webtech tells you to remove the corners before you remove the bumper.

wow.

This was about the easiest thing I have done to my car yet.

All you do is unscrew the screw, I know with first gens it holds the corner light to the headlight, and then either pull it out from the front with the help of a flat head, or push it out from behind. There's one pressure clip holding it to the headlight below the screw on the first gens. Might be a tad different with second gens.

I just formally wrote up WITH PICS, my corner removal DIY. Check it out. Clear corner installation is just the reverse of my DIY.
