as funny as it is, it's his own property. guy wants to keep tan his schlong he's free to do it. in Europe this sort of stuff is not that big a deal. note: in America someone legally has the right to accuse of incdecent exposure and have the perpetrator be charged with sexual assault (as dumb as it sounds).
google street view is invasion of privacy at times. you can get people's license plates, find out everything about where they live, the time of day they're at home, the best window to crawl into...etc.
