hello there, newb here. i have an '01 RD2 and was wondering what the stock injector flow rate is, and has anyone swapped out for larger injectors?

245cc. There is no need to swap for bigger injectors until you get a turbo/sc.

Stock Injector flow rate for North American Spec RD1 and RD2's (beta1 engine) is between 245 and 255 cc. (I'm giving a range as various people have tested the stock injectors and gotten that 10cc swing in readings from RC Engineering).
