Does anyone have info on hoods for my tib, I can't seem to find anything that I like. Mine was hit pretty hard so If I have to replace it, I may as well add some style... Oh! I need a passenger headlight assembly too.

 

Not sure if it matters at this date but they have a nice carbon fiber hood at www.importfan.com

There is a company on eBay selling them for about 300. They talk a good story, but no word on what the final result is.. I might get one from them this summer. (gotta have somewhere to mount my cosworth vents)

 

are the hoods on an RD1 the same as those on an RD2? I've never really thought about if there were differences...

 

I think tibbychick has that hood, send her a PM about fitment and what not.........i believe she was very happy w/ it tho, and the service.

I've sent a couple of requests to them to make second gens CF hoods too, no negative responses yet but nothing really good yet either......they still need a hood to make the mold.

 

No, they are not the same for RD1's and 2's.

Look at your headlights, not to mention the big ol love bumps in the RD2.

 

love bumps... make them sound like "love handles".. all the more reason I like my RD1
