Hi guys!
My name's Mike and I own a third generation 2001 5 speed Mitsubishi Eclipse GT. So why did a Mitsu owner join a Hyundai forum? I'm good friends with Phorq, and hang with him enough that I thought I might as well hang on his boards too.
So here’s a little about my ride…
Exterior:
5 piece Grillcraft air dam & vent grills
Dual halo projector headlights
TYC Elegante tails
Clear front corners
Platnum Plus 40% window tint
Blue Street Glow gold series undercar neon w/ remote
Interior:
Blue under dash & system neon
Blue Varad vent LEDs
Brushed aluminum dash kit
Blue halo reverse indiglo gauges
Brushed aluminum and nickle shift knob
Blue LED dash lights
ICE:
12" Eclipse titanium sub
Soundstream Rubicon 1002 amp
Dual silver 0 awg distrobution blocks
Silver 0 awg amp wire
130 amp circuit breaker
Obcon Godzilla subwoofer box
1 farad 34 volt chrome Audiobahn capacitor w/ blue volt meter
Custom plexiglass amp rack and sub mount
Blue / Silver 10 awg sub wire
Alpine head unit w/ V-drive amplification
Engine:
AEM cold air intake w/ bypass valve
Debon 6500K HID kit
Power Tech 'Bomb' muffler (60 Hz)
Optima yellow top battery
Suspension:
Eibach Pro Kit 1.75" drop
Konig 'Trouble' 18" rims
Hankook 'Ventus HRII' tires
Nice to meet you!

Thanks a lot guys! I tried to keep the car as clean looking as possible.
Everyone comments on the 'unlucky' person that has to sit next to the sub... it's actually not that bad. (Why spend $60 on a massage, I'll just throw in a disc with a little low end rumble!) smile.gif
The only problem with it is that it's _really_ heavy. The magnet alone weighs 32 pounds! Good by 0 - 60 time.
Here's one more pic that I forgot to include in the original post.
Moderators - any chance you can squeeze this pic into my first post?
Thanks!
-Mike

nice car, ive done alot of work on a friends stratus which uses the same drivetrain.
^^
and u think your subs are heavy, im running 2 15 inch ground zero nukes that each magnet weighs a bit over 62 pounds a piece.

i agree, but in all truth, no one has the right to hate on someone elses car, its yours to do what u want, if someone doesnt like it, its all good as long as they can express what they dont like without being an @ss about it, and do it politely.
sadly, very few actually do that.
