2.0 liter Tucson header optimization
What is the best layout for the muffler to keep in-car sound to a minimum. Right now I have a 4-2-1- header, flex joint, hi-flow cat, resonator and magnaflow muffler in series. All the components are in front of the rear axle.
Since the stock muffler was lcated behind the rear axle, I assume the sound and subsequent vibrations emanated near the rear of the car.
Has any one come up with a setup that produces that sweet tone and is still quiet at cruise?
