Alright, so I've got a friend with a stock Eclipse, who wants me to hook an amp up to his stock Infinite system in his car, and I'm just wondering if anyone know if the stock head unit will have the necessary outputs and such for an amp? Any help will be much appreciated.

Most likely not. But pretend it does. wire everything up the same way you would if it did, and if at the last minute you figure out it dosn't, F it..... Run to walmart and buy a High Level to Low Level converter.
HL-LL converters cost like 20 bucks and you're already set up to change out the deck with one that has pre-amp outputs if you decide to change it.
Proceded as normal, and slap that sucker in there if you need to. Unless he has a amp with high level inputs.... In that case, just run wires from the rear speakers to the amplifier.
Please terminate all ends with proper connections. Use crimp terminals and spades. I swear to god if you just twist bare wires together, use electrical tape, and screw bare wires on there I'll kick your ass. use terminals. It's cleaner and you don't need to worry about poor connections.
