Windshield tint strip?

Windshield tint strip?
Im getting windows re-tinted since they bubbling and faded. I plan on getting 35% for the front 2 windows, and 15% for the back 3 windows. My question is for the front windshield strip. Is it better to make it match the front windows (35%) or should it match the rear windows (15%)?

cop pulled me over for no reason, looked me all over, said " I gotta give you a ticket for something!?'... gave me a ticket for illegal (non factory) visor strip tint
