My window switchs on both sides are wearing off, its like a nasty black-white color now... recommendations for paint?

Get new ones from a junker. You could do paint, I'd be worried about it chipping off though.

I'd try that Fusion stuff by Krylon, works well for plastic I'm told. I've NEVER had this problem though, but I have seen it. Keep your hands and arms off of the switches.
