Didn't know exactly where to put this...
I've been trying to figure out how I can get some guages somewhere in the circled area:

I was considering the little space below the CD player, but 2 1/16" guages are 1/2" to big and 1 1/2" guages fit but are rather small.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could do this?
Thanks

well, you have a choice. You could cut out the drink holder (useless little thing that it is) and make the area larger to mount your gages in. Or you could go to Carbon Trix and get their two or three gage pod and bolt it over the opening to the cubby. You could also do what I have planned for their three gage pop.. it is going ontop of the dash, right infront of me, where the hard plastic meets the softer dash.

Also, if you look at my junk drawer that I molded into my dash, I opened that cubby up to an inch and three quarters.

Well I was hoping it would look stock.... like the GK's:

When you opened up the cubby was it hard to make the edges smoothe/straight? Also what did you use?
I like the idea of putting it in the ciggy holder, but no one around here does fg work sad.gif.

it still needs a little work to look perfect (but I am a perfectionist and a lot I have done annoys me). And believe it or not, I used plastic wood putty to fill everything in. When I opened up the hole, I cut the bottom part of the opening off totally, trimmed it down quite a bit, and then glued it back into place with epoxy before doing the filling and sanding. Made it look a lot more like stock.
