What size cables do you guys all run for your amps? Im thinking about getting 0 gauge to run my 2 channel kicker, but thinking that may be over board. Im sure 4 gauge would probably be enough.

Also is it true that what ever size my power cable is, the ground wire should be the same too?

what sort of wattage is the amp?

i would recommend same size ground as power

if its a big amp i would also recommend upgrading ur battery grounds aswell

 

always match your ground and power cable
