What Kind of Audio system do u have?
I have decided that this is the next mod that i want to do to my tiburon. I was curious what kind of systems you guys have put in ure cars that have really sounded good? Thats all, thanks.

I cheated. I use the stock headunit (Double din cd/cassete) and just replaced the stock speakers powered by amplifiers.

Sony XM-604 EQX 60Wx4 powering mains
2 Sony XS-L1260G 12" Dual Voice Coil Subs
Sony XM-2252 HX 325Wx2 powering subs
In retrospect, the AMPs for the subs is way to powerful and the subs are way to big. I run the sub amp at about 1/8th power, otherwise it overpowers the rest of the speakers and I go deaf!

I live by Sony xplode all the way from the remote flip down head unit to the 12"subs, amps and interior speakers. I think the Xplode have the most crisp sound not the strongest bass but definately the most crisp sound speakers I have heard. But everyone has their own kind of taste in sound. So it really comes down to you listening to a couple of different brands and you deciding what is best for your needs.

I attached the Amps to the back of the sub box, and the sub box fills the area behind the rear passenger seats.

I kept my stock six-speaker setup, and just installed the Sony ABP, and SoloBaric Sub. It sounds pretty good in my opinion. I have people that have dumped over 2G's in their stereos jump in my car and compliment me!

Panisonic head unit, with 2 MB Quart 6x9s 2 MB Quart 1" tweets and 2 MB Quart 6.5's that i blew ran by 700watt 4 channel and as far as subs i have 2 Kicker solo baric L7 15's with a 2000 watt amp, but i was sent wrong omed speakers when i ordered and i can only run 500watts a peice, wich is plenty. i couldnt imagine a 1000watts a peice. sounds nice, but need to dynomat. its raddling my poor tibby apart.
