Get some regular glass cleaner. Maybe go to Auto Zone and ask them what they recommend. I would guess nothing specific if really needed, just some glass cleaner... BUT...
DO NOT USE ANY CLEANER WITH AMMONIA! IT WILL TURN TINT FROM BLACK TO PURPLE

I know glass cleaner........that's pretty obvious.
Just curious if one brand is better than the other, i.e. doesn't streak, doesn't fade or scratch tint, stays streak free, easy to use.

I haven't really used anything special. Sorry I can't help... I would guess that anything will be fine... just make sure there's no ammonia

just slight mist(water) even if you just breath on the window and make it fog up, and microfibre cloth!

I just saw today @ Target that Meguiar's has some Window Wipes out, and I believe it said on the back that it was safe for tinted windows. Check it out... Armor All also had some, but it said "Safe on all OEM Window Tint" so I wouldn't trust it on aftermarket tint. Worth a try though... Meguiar's I believe was $3.50 for the wipes
