So i decided to go fatmat, and here are some progress pictures along with putting stock bumper back on and painting it. paint is rough i was just testing to see if i could get the mixture right.

Whats really funny is they only reason im sound deadening is to make it a really quite ride, but hey on the plus side i might just put a radio back in =P

If you're going through all the trouble you should make sure you do it right:
'Dynamat' style matting deadens panels, which means it removes vibrations and rattles, and SLIGHTLY reduces the sound that comes through them.
If you want to stop sound you need to add a good closed cell foam to that, which is what will really quiet things down.

I already notice a difference just talking to someone in the car im happy with it, i dont want it sound proof i just dont want it to sound like a clunker.
