So whats up when, and who do we pay? Is this for real? I want this badly. Ask if they are a full column replacement and make sure they use same color as our interiors.

Hey there,

The pods are not full replacements, they are pods. BUT if you all want replacements, We can produce them for you. Altough the cost will go up a little, and you will have to spend extra money on shipping also since the part would be WAY longer than a pod.

The pod we produce fits perfectly the the A pillar, since it was designed directly on the tiburon.

The pods will probably come unpainted, and will be made of fiberglass, so they will be smooth and not "textured" like the stock pillars.

Uhm, I think we are waiting on some firm info. Then we can start a new thread listing the names of who is in.

I'm willing to run this GB, but I'll be gone for the next 3 weeks.

Key, if you actually work for Key Performance, maybe you can answer the unanswered questions above and we can start this?

Hmm, what are the questions that haven't been answered yet?
- The pod will NOT be a full-pillar replacement; JUST the pod.
- The pod will be made of fiberglass;
- The pod will come unpainted;
- If we buy 20 of them, they would be priced at (CDN/USD) 100/65 $. If we buy 40, they would be priced at 85/55 $. Shipping is NOT included, but should be cheap.
- Size of the gauge? That's up to us.

As I understand it, Key Performance is willing to make the pod the way we like. However, if we DO want a full-pillar replacement, keep in mind this it will cost more, and that you'll probably get a smooth pillar (since it's fiberglass) which you would need to paint, and NOT am injected plastic 'textured' pillar like the stock part. I think we should get the triple pod; if someone really wanted, he could mold the pod to the pillar anyway.

The only thing that WE have yet to decide is the size of the gauges we want. I personally vote for 2 1/16", but please feel free to say what you want. However, consider that we need to get a general agreement on the size.

Once everybody agrees for a triple pod as listed above and for a specific gauges size, we can start a new thread for listing the names of 100% interested people (no maybe-i'll-buy-it-when-I-get-some-money's).

Ok, I don't know about guage sizes, but this makes sence to me.

I say we make them with the opening as small as the smallest STANDARD size guage. That way, if someone wants to put in a bigger guage, they just have to open the hole a bit. You can put my vote in on the most popular size.

A pod sounds fine for me.

Triple guage sounds fine too.

Good job on that reply BTW.
