JENSEN VM9021TS Double Din 6.5" CD/DVD/iPOD/TV/SD/MP3/WMA/AM/FM receiver
. It requires some modification to the sterio surround.

For the modification you need to take a stock double din radio surround and do this:

less then $550 shipped. Good deck. You don't need to do everything I did to make it look good. The 3rd to the last picture is before i molded the surround.

Everything needed is included in the package. It hooks up to all ipods except nano and plays alot of types of video.

oh yeah, and it's a touch screen, so you can select which song from your ipod easier.

I've played 1 american DVD on it. I usually use my Ipod, video input, TV or SD card for video.

cut, solder, join, cover with heat shrink. there was no wiring harness commercially available locally. Also, there's so many wires involved with this install you wouldn't want to make them any longer.

I have the Pioneer Avic N2 with the navi....its pretty bad ass.....I had a Pioneer before this one as well and i liked it more but thought i would upgrade. They are both single din units with seperate brains....i just got a fit kit from Car toys made by Metra and i think the wiring harness was the same way...and installed the brains under the seats and your done....Its simple.

I went and got a JENSEN VM9511TS It the same as yours madjohn. I think if you take the break wire from the Unit and ground it to the chase you can watch DVDs when you are driving. The trick is to make the unit think the handbreak is on.
