Thin GPS units
Anybody know of a super thin GPS unit? I’m thinking of mounting it inside my drivers visor, kind of like a visor monitor.

The Garmin Nuvi units are pretty thin. What size are you looking at for the visor? 5" I'd guess?

If you are -very- handy with electronics, any of them can likely be made thin-enough . . . by separating the display from the electronics

And if not then you're best bet is probably the Garmin Nuvi 3790T
