I am currently trying to remove my steering wheel, but the thing wont come off. I removed the 22mm bolt and got the harness off, but the wheel is not even budging.....any ideas why??? We already tried WD-40. 02.gif

It's suppose to slide out. Bang on the wheel a bit so it vibrates with your hands. Then just pull as hard as you can.

The first time I took mine off it just pulled off by hand. The second time I had to use a puller. I actually used a large pulley puller but it all works the same.

go to an autozone. they have a wheel puller in their loaner program.

tibby01 can elaborate more on the "how-to"

I guess you got the MoMo hub in? Happen to take any pics of the bottom and top of the hub?

holy crap, i didnt mention the steering wheel puller in my pm to you, did i?

im a dumb ass, sorry. hail.gif

its like 10 bucks at autozone. just be careful threading in the "puller" bolts. the metal in the steering wheel is soft.

lol no you forgot to mention that part and i thought that maybe there was another bolt that was still in there because it was so hard to get off. the wheel isn't on yet, however, but yes i'm using the momo adapter. as soon as it's on there, i'll post some pics up and let you know how it is wink1.gif

Waiting to here Khara.. I just ordered a Momo Millenium Sport wheel (looks similar to the Mitsubishi Evo 8 wheel) and adaptor.
