SR Racing Pedals
Hello! Please don't judge my SR pedals I know most peeps hate SR, but suprisingly I got everything within 4 business days.
Ok here's the deal, I got those screw on pedals, the ones that come with the footrest. As for the pedals, i think I just fit the pedal on top and lil clamps under and tighten the screw and thats it, no drilling necessary right?
as question 2, how shoud i put the footrest? do i have to drill holes? take the original rubber footrest off? or find a way to glue it there i really dont know can someone please tell me how i fit it there?
thank you so much

I bought some OBX pedals and the clutch and brake just clamped right on. I couldn't make them fit secruely enough with the factory rubber covers off, so I had to leave those on. The gas pedal required a little drilling to make it fit but nothing major. For the foot rest, I just drilled through the rubber one, not even in to the metal underneath and used a little two sided tape to keep it on there. The pedal has been on there since July of 2002 and hasn't come off, or even loosened itself yet. I have pics somewhere, I'll post them as soon as I can find them.
Yeah, I have the same setup. The only problem really is trying to clamp done the gas pedal. It takes some time to align it but it will fit. For the foot rest, just use some small screws so it just secures it self to the plastic piece there.
I am sure you will do fine in installing it. The set is universal.

I just tossed the clamps on the gas pedal and screwed it directly in. I could not make it fit the way I wanted it to with the clamps on it.....or at least my body was sick of being contorted to fit in my dirvers compartment. I also had to drill a hole in the actual gas pedal cover cause I couldn't make all of screw holes line up over our cheap plastic gas pedal.

For the "Dead pedal" (footrest), leave the plastic in place and you can screw it directly into the carpet if you want.
Just make sure there's no wires where you are screwing.
LOL

Here's feedback!
Pedals were fixed, but i didnt even do the drill holes into that CHEAP HARD TO CLAMP ON gaz pedal. i just screwed it somehow with the clamps and it fitted. it is not aligned 100%, but i think i prefer it that way. For the dead pedal, i used DST like suggested, plus i screwed through the plastic, everythin loog real good smile.gif
thanks for all yar help smile.gif
