For Hot Import Night shows, Im thinking about adding some vent halos inside the car. Is there a sound module or something that I can get that would make all 4 vent halos and my 2 dash led tubes pulse or dance to music in synergy?

 

As long as they're illuminated by LEDs or incandescent bulbs it should be fairly straightforward. You can find a music-to-LED flasher circuit @ google without too much trouble. Probably you could even find a commercial product for this, but be sure to observe maximum ratings so you don't blow up your new circuit.
