Yeah, the X5 is pretty sweet too, and as far as the air bag issue, not a problem for me. My car is salvage titled. The airbags where blown so therefore I don't have to replace them.
I guess you're right about the grip. I just liked the carbon fiber look. I can always get the plain black one.

Actually, I'll probably just get the one blue dragon found... leather grip and only a little over $100. That is if Hobgoblin will get it for me. tongue.gif

really? you sure about that? I've seen several cars with them on. I was just wondering because I had thought about switching mine out as well because my air bag isn't hooked up anyways. (don't wanna pay the 1k to get them set it back up).

^^ Same thing as me dude. I dont care too much if it is illegal. No more illegal than taking your cat off when you put headers on ya know? BTW I'm getting my new steering wheel put on tomorrow.

Ok I emailed them and asked them where a distibutor was and this was the reply i got
And I really don't care about airbags either because next time I make it home to Maryville, TN I am going to register my car their because TN does not have inspections, at least they didn't the last time I checked. So no inspection, no worries about Illegality.smile.gif
