I am looking for a thread on shift knob not the kind at pepboys with the three set screws. Is there someone that makes one? Anyone willing to part with a stock LEATHER knob. Not trying to buy it from the dealer.

I do not know why you are against the set screw knobs.. my momo knob has three set screws... it has NEVER come loose.

 

that may be because it is not a $20 pepboys knob. Had 2 that come loose sometimes. I don't want to fvck up the threads on my new ss.

You might have a point there, Gman.. mine is an $80 shift knob.. one of the best interior mods I did.

 

If you want a shift knob Ill be able to send mine out when I get my new one in like a week or so. May sound wierd but Im not sure off the top of my head if its leather or what condition its in. send me a PM if youre interested and Ill check on the other stuff

 

I know this is an old thread and its wierd that I psoted last in it. Im looking for a screw on shift knob as well. I have found some but Im not sure what thread we have. Does anyone know the size or a specific shift knob that would work? I would get one with the set screws but I dont want to mess up the threads at all. Thanks
