Im buying one of these this weekend and was wondering if anyone had any feedback on how good of a reception they are. I plan on shaving my stock antenna.

My buddy has one of these stock on his BMW 325. He said the reception is so-so. You take a chance with it if you drive alot on the outskirts of cities.
