I finally got my SFR Rubber shift boot installed! It took alot of trimming to fit. As in cutting an entire ring of rubber off. I think I got the wrong one but it doesnt matter because I got it to fit. It looks great. But I still want my shift boots REDZ! Shipping took some time but I was patient.

ugh.gif Eeets durty... And I would much rather have RED Z boots anyhow. The rubber ones aren't shiny at all.

 

Ehh.. I'm waiting for one of REDZ boots, I have an RD1, so I can't really give a good opinion on it. mine would just look funny if it were rubber. lol

 

I think i prefer the leather ones but either way it does look nice. congrats on the new part

 

Since i searched and never found a answer, why is it that we can't get redz boots anymore?

 

There's a 17 or 18 page thread on the boots. My wife took some time off from making them and is going to start again this month. This weekend we are busy working on the vehicles for Nopi next week in Phoenix, but they will be re-released this month.

Don't PM me, email me, or otherwise ask about them, I'm sick of getting PM's from folks when the info is already out there.

 

well i did read that thread bud but the way i interpreted it was totally wrong. I read something about Nopi and i didn't know if you was going to start making them directly for them, i dont know what the hell i was thinking.
