If I had $400 for audio, I wouldn't bother with a sub. I'd get decent separates and an amp.

i love my single 15 and wouldnt do anything else. it way out pounds 2 12's or 3 10's. just go with a SQ 15 so you dont loose any quality in all the bass. i would actually have recommended getin an interior amp but if it already has bose system then just go with a nasty 15" woofer and power that sh*t proper with a high end used amp from reputalble source.

When you say "Truck" are we talking Truck with a single cab, quad cab... What??? Or are you one of those DBags that call there SUV a Truck... I would never toss a 15 in a TRUCK as there is no way in the world it will ever beat the way it should, as there is no room for the sound to actually resonate.

In a TRUCK 2 10's would be the best. Also a where the f*ck would you put a box for a 15" a ported box needs like 2 to 4 qubic feet, and a sealed needs like 3... WTF are you thinking!!!!

^^coming from a guy who probably has never even owned a 15. i get sick of every time someone mentions larger subs some Dbag comes along like" some 10's will sound best in that" thats like bringing a knife to a gunfight IMHO. i'm grown man if i do subs its 15's or multiple 12's.

idk maybe i'm venting but i'm always fan of 15's if you actually want big sound from single woofer. also you could go with a shallow mount or underseat mount to get your required space. but even those are recommendations. you can go with the minimum req. space if you dont have alot of room in any givein vehilce.

just saw my buddys ext. cab f150 shop vehicle they cut thru into the bed and are making a 4- 15"s box that can be pulled out and you can use a 2-12"s box if you need the bed space.

Well its a pathfinder I pay taxes on a truck, its on a Titan frame, and my title says truck so......shut your mouth before I f*ck it t-ron, no homo of course

I don't have kids so worrying about taking up the third row of seats is retarded

I can easily fit a 4 cubic foot box back here

The j2 had 2 jl tens in a 2.4 cubic foot box and that sounded very weak I can damn near guarantee one 15 would sound louder, crisper, and be more all around than the 10s
